If you succumb to your fears, you’ll never have the chance to reach your full potential, speak your mind, challenge yourself, resolve differences, and, most importantly, grow.

If you are not growing or not driven to find growth, you will be stuck. You must learn to be brave and fight those fears to achieve professional and personal development.

You will neither improve nor flourish when you are stuck, and dissatisfaction at work and in life will arise.

We all know that stepping out of our comfort zone and doing things that feel scary is hard to do.

Often, your brain works overtime and starts thinking about the “what ifs” and “worst case scenarios” that are fear-driven, which pushes to activate your fear and anxiety buttons.

When you fear the risks, you tend to seek ways to avoid risk-taking actions as much as possible.

Thinking about negative results or situations after stepping out of your comfort zone can hold you back and keep you from progressing.
