Considering how much of your sense of identity is tied up in your jobs and how much of your time you spend at work, it shouldn’t surprise you that being happy at work is strongly linked to being happy in life.

Whether you work full-time, part-time or casual, your life will be more enjoyable and rewarding if you find pleasure and purpose in what you do every day.

However, no matter how hard you try to be happy at work, things don’t always come out the way you wanted them to be. Conflicts and negativity can often exist in the workplace, and the people you spend time with can profoundly influence your mood, energy, engagement, and productivity.
